Absolute chaos at Bonitas

I spoke to Elise from a Durban number yesterday.

While they have given me an authorisation number, I have received no letter. My wife was admitted this morning on the basis of the authorisation number.

Now the neurologist need blood tests done (R17 000) and an MRI (R30 000) and they expect me to pay for it because of not having an authorisation number from Bonitas.

As I said to the lady yesterday, I had a stroke, have no credit card and cannot pay for this. So I am not going to sign surity for that or any amount.

So I appealing to whoever reads this to pay attention to this. I urgently need assistance from the medical aid to which I pay a monthly premium.
