About my medical aid

Hello Peter am David I have a problem with Bonita's medical aid they send me to ITC. The big problem is that they are saying they where send me some email that I own them some money but I didn't get even one Emil because they where send ding it to the wrong email address so now people from ITC they call me.. What I really wa***nt to know is that I didn't know that I own them some money and why did they damage my records without contacting me... N I did request they email that they did send I didn't get one even now the reference that they did give me wen I call is 291015GKP9
