A very frustrating experience with Bonitas over 5 ,I informed them via notice in September 2024 that I was relocating and submitted all docs ,it’s been 4months on the battle and sending email and supporting docs everyday ,i receive the same reply everyday
A very frustrating experience with Bonitas over 5 ,I informed them via notice in September 2024 that I was relocating and submitted all docs ,it’s been 4months on the battle and sending email and supporting docs everyday ,i receive the same reply everyday .i don’t owe anything I was never treated this way when I was a member . Recently i have been told matter will be resolved after 5 days but nothing is done
