A shampoo can NEVER be a medication according to Bonitas?!

After 13 months and no payment for any Doctor or dentist i try get some anti fungal shampoo on the ‘Benefit booster’ but no! says the rude client liaison person. Shampoo can never be a medicine he says. I suggest that my shampoo recommended by a specialist is actually a medicine. But he said again, acting as if he was a qualified doctor, that a medicated shampoo on prescription is not and never will be a medicine and that Bonitas would never ever pay me back from funds unused in ‘my booster’ because a shampoo can never be a medicine!
