A PRESCRIPTION NEEDING REFERRAL FROM A GP

Phoning from a service provider for payment of prescriptions issued to paying members!!!!! Numerous phone calls and I am continually told to obtain a GP referral in order for the prescription to be paid!!! 4 months later still waiting for payment! Someone is still trying to figure out that a prescription is not a human being!! This is absolutely pathetic and time consuming. The number of phone calls adding up to beyond the cost of the prescription.
