7000 day to day but over the counter meds are exhausted???!!!???!!!???!!!
This is a load of ****. I have R7000 day to day and I am unable to attain over the counter meds for illness. Why am I paying for my medical aid if I am unable to utilise it. I am disgusted and offended and highly considering cancelling it. I pay over R7000 a month to this scheme and I am unable to utilise it or get authorisation numbers. What is becoming of this medical aid. It’s pathetic.
