B. You made me feel Important and Appreciated by simply treating me as an individual not another 'irritating member, complaining about something'.
C. You GAVE MORE THAN I EXPECTED. You dealt with the problem immediately and always kept me abreast on what you have done. You always did what you said you will do, thank you.
