30 Days Later Membership Application Still Pending

I am very angry with Bonitas as I first sent my membership application forms via ATFIN(very useless) on the 11th September 2015 and I waited without any response and later I was told I need to get a Company Stamp and HR Signature which I did, I waited again until I phoned them back and only to be told I need to submit a payslip with an Persal/Employee number which I did not have as I was going to a new company. I was told then I can submit my appointment letter which I did. I waited again for feedback and I had to phone by myself and I was told they need the Employee Number which I submitted on 01/10/2015 and I was told I will get feedback on the 07/10/2015 which I never did and today 07/10/2015 I phoned and I was told my application is not processed because they are waiting for my payslip which I told them I do not have as I just started work on 01/10/2015.<br> <br> I requested that my membership be effective 01 October 2015 which I am still not covered to date. <br> <br> I would like to under if Bonitas does not take my application seriously or are they discriminating against me as I think if it was a white person they would have processed the application a long time ago.<br> <br> <br>
