3 Months, No medical aid Card

I joined Bonitas in January 2016. I expected a new medical aid card to be sent to me. However nothing has come through.<br> I have called them twice already to request a card to be sent to, till date nothing has come.<br> How can I be a client of Bonitas without a medical aid card. How do I go to a hospital or a doctor or anywhere without one, as all these facilities need proof that I am on medical aid.<br> <br> This is really a bad start to being a new client of yours.<br> <br> PLEASE CAN I HAVE A CARD POSTED ME TO ME ASAP!!!
