3 months money missing and Bonitas closed account

My husband finished at his previous company ,But Medical aid was deducted . So with medical aid it works the same as dstv “You pay first then you watch “ Advance !In Aug I wanted to go to the Doctor and was told the medical aid was terminated due to him moving to a different company.However I can’t use our new Medical aid until payment (Understandable) again proving You pay first ! We then received an email an email stating he did not pay for 3 months ,Which was not true hence we not able to use it ,But on his salary the money was deducted,They told us the company never paid it . We then contacted his former employers who then said they did pay it and eventually they resolved it between them . However when we stand we were blocked for 3 months including with this last months from using the medical aid the amount is a few rand short Of R 15000 owed to us for blocking us from using it ,Myself and Husband have contacted Bonitas Multiple times and I mean multiple times they keep on saying we’ll get back to you ,So regardless of anything Bonitas have admitted to blocking our account (Lack of a better word ) due to them not receiving funds from the company that turned into they couldn’t allocate it up to just an apology,No I’m sorry I need all that money ,I can’t just apologise to Bonitas if I don’t pay and continue on ,So due to their own admittance they have blocked a paid account 3 months nogals I’ll give you 2 of the only references received 2***- Abigail and Lukho 2*** -reference I all moneys back please unfortunately we are no longer with Bonitas before this we only had great service from you guys ,So we expect the professionalism you’ve always given us again thank you
