3 months delay on Savings refund and no feedback

I am so disappointed I app**** for my savings refund in November and till to date its not done, Bonitas doesnt give me feedback unless if I call them. I have called every after 3 weeks and every time I call something is wrong with the application requesting things I have sent already over and over again to a point that mg bank statement even expired and had to send a new one after that they claimed they cant read my form thats completed via docu sign? How is thag possible? Yesterday i called and I still dont have any feed back on what is happening. Very disappointed in you guys as I have been a loyal client now 3 months later my savings are not paid and all consultants dont know what is happening I was told by last consultant that I will get a call advising when it will he captured and to date still notjkng
