3 Month general waiting period never disclosed.

My membership has not even started and already I have issues with bonitas. I have had an unbroken medical aid history for around 10 years with no serious/chronic health conditions. I am leaving my current medical scheme because of a change in employer and because of their high price and poor service. I have unfortunately already signed up to bonitas and cancelled with the previous. When signing up there was no mention of a 3 month general waiting period and now there is suddenly one. I would not have wasted my time on this yet another useless medical aid.
