2 year chronic meds delay - in order to breath

I submitted a request in 2018 for chronic medication and following lengthy and *********** processes with lazy staff I still do not have my chronic medication nearly 2 years later. Every time I explain that I have done what I should have and it is now their responsibility to act and follow up, I keep getting the same emailed response. Its like they did not even listen, and I have had to deal with this unacceptable service for more than the 2 years of delay on my chronic application. I may as well find another service provider since my R7000 per month premium with very minimal claims is still abused by a greedy medical fund after so many years. I dont want to explain myself again, as I have been doing that for more than 2 years, so expect someone to conduct a proper investigation into this matter and come up with a solution that does not involve me doing your work.
