2 x DEDUCTION

From the beginning i have had trouble with Bonitas , First i had a problem with joining but that's sorted .<br> Now a new problem , Bonitas put me on the highest contribution plan because they did not have proof of my income after i sent a payslip and bank statements and the extra form more than 3 times . They said my payment is over R2000 i cant pay that much so i sent an email to ask that my membership start date be moved to the 1st of June email was sent 2 times , each time i phone i hold on for 15 min to speak to someone i cant hold on so long.<br> Today i got a hold of someone , my contribution is fixed and im now paying the right amount per month but now they want to do a double deduction ? i cant afford that .
