2 MONTHS IN HOSP AND DESPERATING NEEDING AUTHORISATION OF AN APPLIANCE

THE PRINCIPAL OFFICER 88 year old member in hospital for almost 2 months - awaiting approval of a suctioning device. Is this not totally unacceptable? Day after day following up on the application, no one taking responsibility to run with this. Pushed from Client services to hospital authorizations - NO ONE taking responsibility. It seems no one knows how to deal with this. All the while this 88 year old is lying in hospital and cannot be discharged without it.
