2 months for a refund -DISAPPOINTING
<p>i have been waiting two months for my refund , i have been emailing , calling all they can tell me is that credit controll is busy with my claiim , i have been a loyal client to BONITAS since 2008... and im very dissapointed with the service . i have sent all the documents and proof of payments , yet they still busy with it :-(</p> <p> </p>
