No words can discribe how I fee right now. The service is so poor, they take 4 weeks to respond to emails, I have been wanting to add my Dr on the list, only for them to reply after 4 Weeks saying Dr can not be added In need to look for more Dr's and that time i pay R1400 for a medical aid I don't even use. Wow this is the worst ever..
