10 YEARS UNHAPPY ,FUSTRATED CLIENT
With being close to 10years with Bonitas medical Aid I'm highly dissapointed in their services ushered towards their loyal clients or rather customers . December I was highly sick leading to the hospitalization and the dr wrote a motivation to bonitas since my HbAC 1 has been over 8 in over 4 years uncontrolled. To my surprise the claim to have GLUCOUSE CONTONOUS MONITORING set to be inclusive to my chronic was declined really bonitas for a type 1 juvenile person they decline .
No wonder people from to Discovery becuas3 the libre lifestyle glucose is even given just on dr prescription without thousand motivation of which they are declined it's now June 6months later they is still pending .
Why is bonitas messing their chronic patients like this even worse I has to pay towards my monitor system cash even though I gave over 6000 in day to day savings
Bonitas is a true ******* and lacks empathy towards their members
