I requested for my medical aid to only start @ end of November meaning they start debiting end of November. Suddenly Iāve been receiving letter of suspension with an amount of R6000 outstandingš how tf?! When the medical aid hasnāt even started and my premium is only R2700 some change !!
I call in, request for info regarding this, no one can give me answers but confirm that first debit is supposed to be going off end of Nov!!
I request for cancellation, no feedback regarding that!! But endless no reply emails and letters of suspension
What a damn joke!! Absolutely disgusting!!
