Bongani ITC/Car Dealer

This guy that I don't even know his real name and surname. He pose as Bongani who is selling cars to the low credit score, poor credit record and blacklisted clients. He also tells people he has a way of removing your name from the blacklist, of which he claims is done by some other associates of his. The cost of such is R1 500 upfront and the rest you will pay once your name is cleared. After that he vanish in thin air and he does not answer calls anymore. Can we make him famous and call him daily on ********** .
