Ridiculous service at Bongani hospital

My niece had an appointment at Bongani hospital, he has a thumb problem. It was injured now its dislocated. The surgery is supposed to be done as mentioned at the hospital...

My aunt took my niece today and doctor DR TL Sixishe ( MBCHB, MP***, told my aunt they won't be able to do the surgery, and my aunt should get the address from bloem and attend the clinic at Pelonomi so that they can be able to do the surgery... How ridiculous, my aunt must go to the strange places. My aunt asked him why can't he give the referral letter and his answer was Bloemfontein will still send back the child to Bongani to do the surgery because they know that Bongani has all the resources to do the surgery.

Bongani employees are Lady and people would rather die than to get help from them which they are getting paid to do...
