Bongani hospital is ****ing rather than saving lives.

My sister was referred to Bongani hospital in June 2019, after the Dr discovered signs of breast cancer. She was given appointments after appointments without attending the issue. It was only in October that she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Even after that she was never treated, even though her file was written emergency. Then in November she was told that the cancer has advanced to stage3. But that was not reason enough to start treatment. They only given her pain****ers and sleeping tablets, and was told to come back on the 11/12/2019 to make another appointment. They claim that they are short staffed and there are no Doctors. We went back to the Dr that referred her, who was very shocked that she has not started treatment. He told us that the cancer is spreading and she cannot survive without immediate treatment. We went back to Bongani to plead with them, but the Dr who was attending her told her that she has to live with the pain because she has cancer and there is nothing they can do.
