*****ts Spares refusing to Refund money for a unemployed youth project for wrong parts advised by his seller

I asked for hubs which can be used for trailer, the seller suggested a type of hubs. But when reaching to the trailer, it was wrong hubs which cannot be used for a trailer. I gave the hubs to *****ts. The cashier gave me a credit receipt saying that I have I have to buy something with the money credited within one month or I forfeit the R2100 paid to *****ts. For 3 days, I went there to try to meet someone who he is buying by paying cash but did not have a chance. On 4 April 2018, while waiting to meet a cash buyer, I was told it is ******* to make that arrangement, I must be the one buying. The Church project on unemployed youth from our Church is stacked because *****ts management refused to refund R2100 paid for hubs. I do not even know what to tell the young people who expected to organise activities around the Church project. When I said it is against the Consumer Protection Act to keep the money while you took already the products, the manager told never to come back back to Bornerts pointing the board written "Access Right reserved". He then added "go to any court, you will need a lot of money be able to face him in Court". I am 53 years old but felt so helpless because I can afford court cost with a manager of big company like *****ts Spares of Benrorse in Johannesburg. It is professionally ********* for *****ts to use its position of strength (keeping our money and being in its premises), to refuse to solve a problem so simple because us, poor people can afford a lawyer.
