I have seen a few negative remarks on this site about Bonduplus Pty Ltd and I want to say that I also went to Bonduplus for our bond. The banks would not even look at us because of our ages and also we are self employed. I was never sceptical because I am an ex cop and I know a lot of people in the force still and I can have things checked out easily. I got our bond, it takes longer than a bank bond but you don't have to jump through hoops like with the banks, you don't have to pay 30% deposit on the purchase, your bond and transfer costs are included as well. No bank would give anyone that kind of deal and the interest rate is fixed. It took long because it is international funding they use. We were treated like a king and queen. I got to know the directors of Bonduplus myself to see and understand why banks don't do the same thing. Those people care about people and their lives and their families. They don't care about shareholders profits. They look at your life, not just numbers in a computer. They live like you and me. No one is more special than anyone else. Good people, good company, so to those who say negative things, paying so little for your life's dream, waiting for it, think twice before you post. I personally had them "checked out" by two independant legal firms to test how legit the company is ..... and everything proofed to be 101% !!!! The people that post negatives are probably not going to repay anyway. They have over 300 clients in two years. I am happy to be one of them. Anyone can call me because I am impressed and I now know what these directors had to go through with authorities to legally lend out this money in our country. You can't just lend out money, people don't understand that. Big ups to them. My nr is ********** 987
