Watch out for Bondsecure

<p>I am an attorney practising in JHB. My client received a default judgment against him, resulting in his house being sold in an auction. Before the auction, my client however approached Bondsecure, who promised low and high to save his house. They failed. We are now launching a court case to try get the auction reversed. We contacted Bondsecure to obtain our client's file - he paid them R6000 - surely he is entitled to see what they did for this money. We may also be able to use this file in our court case. We are still waiting for a reply...What are they hiding?...What did they do on his file to charge R6000 for???</p>
