<p>Dismal experience</p> <p>My experience with this company has been dismal. All promises with no deliver whatsoever. The requested R8000.00 from me in Feb 2017, send on document back and that was it. Promise after promise after promise. Getting a reply from them via email or phone call is a rarity. They missed their own so called 2 month deadline and still nothing. The call Centre passes the messages to Andrew, Iain or Leigh. The only one that I could find that exists was Andrew. How do you operate a business with no address, contact numbers of email address that reply?</p> <p>Andrew sent our final letter of confirmation numerous time, but it just never arrived. “Maybe there is something wrong with your email” I tracked down his personal email address and cell number, and still nothing. I have requested a refund and no services was rendered. After numerous attempts to contact them, I got told that the money was transferred and would reflect at midnight. That was 3 weeks ago. No I believe that all the accounts have been frozen. Another story!!</p> <p>These people should be behind bars. The stress and aggravation they have put us trough has been indescribable. Stay away!!</p>
