BEST customer service EVER!!!

Living in a remote part of KZN has it's drawbacks. My BondiBlu supplier didn't have anything that I liked so I went online. First pair I saw I wanted, but there was an error in the link, so I sent an email. WITHIN AN HOUR my phone rang, I was so surprised. I was told the sunglasses were out of stock BUT... they had found a pair and were sending me a ProForma Invoice. Courteous, proffesional, friendly, attentive, well mannered... the list goes on but it's the ONLY way I can describe Michelle from BondiBlu. I'm she has a secret identity as SuperWoman.. well I wouldn't be surprised. One more thing I can say that if we could clone her, the customer service level of this country would go through the roof.. sky high. To the owner of BondiBlu, this lady is AMAZING!!!
