<p>In july 2016 our metrimonial property was set on a date for auction because of the arrears amount of R36 000 , my ex husband was staying in that house until is sold we both get our share according to the court order , i was no longer staying in that house, during july the guy called colby schalkwyk called and told me that your house is going on aution and we help people to restore their properties, we can help you by stopping the auction and from there do foreinsic audit. he asked me before they stop the auction i must pay R6000 and after another R6000 , i paid that six thousand as i dint want the house to go on auction until we get the buyer and i still have tha deposit slip with me. before the date of auction i called how are the negotiations going with the bank and was told by colby that the lawyers are busy , they never bother even to call me and there comes the date of auction, i called i never got the exat answer, i decided to call the bank later on the date of auction asking them how much did they sell our house on auction today and the absa attorneys told me that the house didnt go on auction and i asked why and was told that my ex husband paid the arrears amount, i asked them do you know bond secure attorneys did you ever had some negotiationd in regard with our property and they said no. i called bond secure to give back my R6000 as they didnt offer any service to me, i feel they just used my disparate situation to get my money that i didnt have because during that i had to ask around to keep the house, i didnt know about hellow Peter until someone told me about it recently when i experience another trouble , and give my gratitude to you the way you are helping people. i am humbly asking help on this matter</p> <p> </p>
