Unfairly Dismissed by Bond Promotions

I was working there as a graphic designer but was unfairly dismissed because i did not agree to have my salary deducted to cover for bad production they said was my fault. So i was dismissed on the spot before my contract was over because i refused to have them take my full salary.I was really shocked that they wanted to send me home after working the full month without any salary.How cruel is that
