Completely uninterested in us and our dream

Applying for a bond is a tough process when you are self employed. Both my wife and I are and yet after getting a clean credit record that shows affordability we were unfortunate enough to be left in the hands of this person who it seems has no interest in her work or clients at all. The final date for bond approval has arrived and the last we heard from her was nearly a week ago. I am stunned and absolutely gobsmacked at her attitude. She withheld information that SAHL requested early last week. I contacted them late last week as I felt insecure in Wilmas performance only to hear that she had neglected to return a signed document. This subsequently ended up leaving us with no time to complete an evaluation and final credit approval. I hope that no one ever has the misfortune of dealing with her as all she has managed to do is shatter our dreams and turn our lives upside down. Shame on you Wilma
