Very bad service

Bonamanzi Resort @ Bronkies, NEVER EVER AGAIN Called them on Monday 2nd of October to get pricing and info as I was going alone with my boat, and i heard they launch you with a tractor, which i thought was awesome. Spoke to a nice gentleman, explaining to him I am coming on Wednesday, alone, maybe with my wife. Price for the day, R280 wifey included. Ok, not to bad. HE SAID tractor start to launch at 7. Got there on Wednesday morning,06:50, very friendly staff at the gate. Paid, ask them about the tractor "it will be at the launch shortly sir" was their exact words. Got to the launch, waited until around 07:40, no tractor. Googled a cell number, called, spoke to a nice lady, she will call me back shortly. She called back, " sorry sir, Mr ................. said we are not launching today, go get you money back at the gate. Obviously now not in too much of a good mood, strapping boat down again, get everything in place, go back to gate. Ask the friendly staff member at the gate why he told me the tractor is coming if it aint, he stared at me totally dumbstruck. Have to admit, I raised my voice a bit, and Mr..................... came out of the other office, screaming at me to leave his staff alone. Never the less, went to Baja next door, calling tannie Petro who run the resort for some ice. she came to the shop to help me out, paid a full R160 for the day, and caught some nice bass. Bonamanzi wont see me ever again, they waisted a whole hour of Bass'n time
