Super Service and Hospitality

<p>Visited Bona Bona recently utilising a Daddy's deal. The hospitality and service certainly made up if anything was lacking. Eddy, the manager made sure we felt welcomed at all times and ensured that all our requests and expectations were met. Nothing was impossible for him. He personally escorted us to our rooms and made sure we were aware of all the offerings available and that we made the best decisions such as the best time for game drive for the kids. He even arranged a birthday cake for my brother- in- law! The kids enjoyed themselves thoroughly and did not want to leave. They forced me to make another booking. Thank you Eddy. You have certainly set the bar high. We will see you soon!</p>
