Bon voyage pots is ****ming me

I feel ****med, I bought a big pot on their website that I saw on Facebook.This happened friday afternoon and payment was made the same day. Proof of payment was send to their WhatsApp number same day. Their message was that they can only respond Monday since it was after hours when I gave them proof of payment.

But as off today,no responds from them.i have send messages requesting my delivery BUT NOTHING.I am so disappointed
