Bon Voyage Pots is a ****

I purchased a set of pots from Bon Voyage 2020 November. The pots I received were bent and the lids were not closing properly. They collected the pots and now in January 2021,i still haven't received my money back.

They are a **** and I regret ever purchasing on their website.
