Dont use bon voyage car rental in harare
I am extremely disappointed with the shocking level of unprofessionalism from Bon Voyage Car Rental in Harare. What should have been a straightforward car rental experience turned into a frustrating and exhausting ordeal. Not only was I charged far more than initially expected, but despite repeated engagements and promises, they have continued refusing to refund money that is rightfully owed to me. Communication has been poor, accountability nonexistent, and customer service absolutely appalling. As a customer, you expect honesty, transparency, and professionalism, especially when dealing with a business handling deposits and payments. Unfortunately, my experience with Bon Voyage Car Rental was the complete opposite. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company to make absolutely sure every detail is documented in writing before paying anything. Based on my experience, once they have your money, getting fair treatment or timely resolutions becomes incredibly difficult. Very disappointing experience and certainly not a company I can recommend. 🚮🚮🚮
