Theft inappropriate deceit

I am completely astounded as I have had a weekly bought last week R565. It usually Carrie's over to this week to my surprise is was forfeited as this inappropriate deceit have been misled buying a weekly and always gets carried over as this time it was lost a total amount of R244 cannot understand
