Dismissed without medical aid and small payout

I was an employee of Gautrain I was dismissed due to injury on duty. I went to CCMA and we came to a conclusion nut it feels like they forced me to take the offer and they don't compensate me at all I am dismissed and without a medical aid no insurer accepts liability for my injury and now Gautrain let me go. They treat me as if I am a ***** which I am not I was an employee whom got injured and now I am dismissed because I got injured. Shouldn't they support me and compensate me could someone assist me in this regard. I have two boys to take care off now I am unemployed and no money because getting injured at work is that how your employer should treat you? Please assist in this regard
