Afternoon Sir or Madam

I herwith would like to express my disattisfaction with Gautrain service. How is it that my money goes off my account from gautrain online but when I claim for the money that is not reflecting on my gold gautrain card my claim gets rejected.

I am livid! I want this mess to be sorted out!
