Dinner and No show

<p>Eaten there many times and the food is always amazing. Had dinner recently where where the service was shocking. Had to ask for menu's, waitress didnt bother introducing herself and even had our food thrown away whilst outside smoking without being asked if were done. Outrageous. Had the decency to complain directly via email TWICE with NO RESPONSE. </p>
