Dissapointed in the lack of service

Good day, I would like to make a complaint about your centurion branch for gautrain. Two incidents happened, the one was when I tried to purchase a trip and nearly missed my train home because your consultant at the ticket purchase window was honestly not in a rush to help, the second was when I missed my train because your me chines would not accept cash. I have been a customer of gautrain since it's inception so for me to experience such is honestly unacceptable. I would like some form of compensation because this is also costly becausewhen I miss that one train I miss my last bus home meaning I now have to make other means which is more costly....
