Beware Bombardier
We are a very small company, that relies heavily on massive companies like Bombardier, to pay us. Not only did we get placed on 60 days, but the 60 days has come and gone, and despite over 100 emails, backwards and forwards, now that they have enjoyed the benefit of training, which we had to front all the costs for, including flights, hotels, meals and accommodation and despite signing an agreement that late payment would attract a 10% charge, we are unable to get anyone to respond other than to say “I will look into this and come back to you”.
Our company is owed a lot of money (well at least to us it is a lot of money), and no-one is interested in making sure that Bombardier does business with integrity.
I have even written now to senior press people in Europe, and there has been no response.
Therefore I am now trying to go up the ladder to Bombardier Inc. I am not hopeful however that anyone in your company particularly cares about doing business and upholding agreements. After all, we are just a small company to be used and then thrown aside.
Just be aware they will force you to wait forever for payment (or they say they will find another supplier). Will we ever see our money? In South Africa, who knows? All we want is someone to talk to us, but no-one knows anything. We get passed around like a package that no-one wants to sign for.
