They know what matters most

I have never given a 5 star rating before today, but Boman deserves 10. To make a mistake is only human nature. The way you handle that mistake however reveals whether your company has integrity and what values you stand for. There was a mistake made on my order. I was notified immediately and it was handled in an open and truthful manner. Boman fixed the problem on their expense and I received my parcel in good time.
