Unhappy customer

I purchased a pair of shoes and they were delivered a week later, i found that the size was a little bit bigger even though it was a size 8, i requested a return and exchange of size a week and a half ago and till this day, im still waiting and, the store is closing on the 15th and will only be opening in Jan for deliveries, never ordering from this website again. I've emailed them a couple of times, there's no contact number to contact them directly. I wont have my shoes for December :(
