Unacceptable Bronx!

I have written a review regarding this matter before and it was all handled professionally until today. After being told that the shoes that I bought less than 6 months ago and that were falling apart would be replaced, I was a satisfied customer. Then I was called just now and basically accused of ***** as I have had a pair of Bronx boots replaced in January 2019. I was asked if it was the same pair and if I really bought a new pair this year. I did not keep the slip and it was a cash buy as my credit card was ****** but I gave them the name of the store and an approximate time of purchase. I am disgusted by this treatment and maybe the biggest fool is me, for buying another pair of inferior quality shoes.
