good service poor afterservice order #75695

I ordered a pair of shoes online and received it promptly, the size however was smaller than what would fit even though it is my normal size. Contacted Bolton promptly and shoes were collected the following day. Almost a month later, i am still waiting for the company to respond and either exchange, or credit my account. i have sent numerous emails to this regard but nothing has happened yet
