Fantastic Customer Service!

I purchased a pair of Bronx boots on 27 October last year. I realised this week that the soles were splitting from the upper part of both shoes. I contacted the customer service department and was surprised to get immediate feedback. Marc, Neil and Megan were helpful, considerate and I am awaiting a pair of replacement boots. This is customer service of the highest standard and they have a loyal customer for life. Thank you!
