Ruined Persian & Afgan Kilim Rugs

<p>On the 15/07/2017 we handed 3 Kilim's valued at R20,000 in at Windermere Laundromat, a depot belonging to Bolton Dry Cleaners, for cleaning. On the door and window they advertised " We specialise in Cleaning Rugs. The shop assistant wrote out our slip and told us she will send it to Bolton Head office at 495 Smith street. </p> <p>On the 28/07/2017 we went to collect our rugs and the Shop assistant appologised before bringing out the rugs saying they have a problem, the rugs came back whilst she was on leave and her colleague washed them and now they are ruined.</p> <p>The owners of Bolton dry cleaners refused to take responsibility and denied washing the rugs. You cannot even get them to take a call or respond to us. </p> <p>Please think twice before you take your valuables there. It is a sweatshop operation that intimidated their workers and refusing to deal directly with a problem.</p>
