Lost coat

I have sent my coat to be dry cleaned on the 19/May 2015 at Avonmore Laundromat. When my I sent my brother to pick up my coats the other one was not mine.....I went back and told the lady she said they will check up to this day I have not received any feedback... I went back and ask them they told me to go and check at Bolton Dry Cleaners, phoned there and they telling me I should go back again to Avonmore because its not on their premises.
