Boltech - deserves a lower rating than 1 star
Boltech handles repairs for products under warranty, but when items are sent in they often reject claims by labeling them as “impact damage” without proper justification. In our case, an ASUS TUF Gaming laptop that had been falling apart since the first month was finally sent in, only to have the warranty voided with this excuse. We never dropped the laptop, yet Boltech could not provide a clear explanation for their conclusion. Based on this experience, sending anything to Boltech under warranty feels like a waste of time and money. - Support small businesses that actually care about customers and that's not sneaky just because they can get away with it.
