Bolt is not safe for South Africans and Businesses in SA

A *** driver just stole my client's parcel on a Bolt Send trip @ 13:54 in Kensigton, falsely marked it as 'Delivered,' and switched off his phone. Support is completely ignoring my urgent ticket! This is the SECOND time a Bolt driver has ****** from me. Bolt is by far the worst service in SA—women, children, and businesses are all targets because you don't vet your drivers or answer support! Escalate my ticket and get this driver on the phone NOW before I open a SAPS case!
